Yeah, and I had to get to that point where I could emotionally separate the person from the service, which is still hard at Peloton.

Like that is an active thing that I have to do to this day, 10 years in, because a lot of what you're experiencing is ally love, right?

And if you don't like what you're experiencing, just by way of equation, you don't like ally love.

And so I had to like, yes, take a step back and say, what am I offering?

And how do I meet our members where they are?

And so it was more so me doing all of this research, refining how I approached it,

And the word that came up, I remember in a conversation I sat with this girl who had just started in marketing.

And I was like, she took my class.

And I said, can I talk to you right after class?

And she came down in our office, because we had two separate offices.

She came down in the studio office.

And I said, can you give me advice?

And she said, well...

just tell me what do you want to feel when you get off the ride?

And I said, well, I just want to feel like I'm the boss of the bike.

Like I know everything about this machine, this beautiful machine.

Like I know what it feels to be on the other side and on my side.
