Like I just want to be the boss of the experience so that members can trust me more.

I think you need to define what being a boss means.

I know what that means, but what does it mean to you?

And I went on this journey of writing it out.

What does it mean?

And I refined it down after a few months of, no, it's again, it's one of those things where we set the standard.

I come in the room and I tell people what's possible and I show them by doing them what's possible.

And then I set the tone.

Energy is contagious.

If my energy sucked in class, I taught 6 a.m., then most time people, their energy never picked up, never opened up.

But if I came in with massive energy, the energy is contagious.

And I was like, oh, you set the tone.

And that's what it means to be a boss.

It's not necessarily like everyone listens to me or like I'm running it or I'm masculine.

It's none of those things.

No, no.

And so, you know, we're in a society now where maybe boss isn't the term that everyone that listening is like, I want to be a boss.

That's fine.

But it doesn't change the definition of what's possible, right?
