Why did I act that way?

I shouldn't have acted that way.

It's a lot of shooting on myself when I said, I knew I was going to act that way today, and I did.

For me, absolutely.

And again, it's not something that I don't want to make it seem like, okay, every day I'm only doing that one thing that I said that I'm doing.

That thing is the foundation of how I'm just going to carry myself that day.

Yes, it's an anchoring.
