And I protected my peace.

And so much so, it did cause a lot of conversation online, whether people thought, oh, she's just waiting for the, you know, magazines or for Katty to reach out to do a story on her or people saying, you know, she's just like, you know, sad about it or whatever.

Like, you know, they're injecting all of these opinions.

And for the most part, I had to just live with that and know this is my journey and

I also get, while we live publicly, I get to protect myself privately.

And this was the moment.

And these were the moments that led me to this.

And so when I came back to work, I do feel I'm in a new season.

Like she's light.

I am a lighter.

I am so, myself is full and just, I'm grand.

I am grand.

So yeah.

Oh my gosh, it is a internal battle, just like anyone else.

I'm not above this experience at any point in my life.

And especially with pregnancy, it was...

It was nuts, I had to really like every day, the internal dialogue, I had to switch directions and still to this day.

Right now where I am is I tell myself my body did amazing things and my body will continue to do amazing things.

And so I don't wanna hurt the body that has

worked so hard for me, right?
