You treat your body different.

You treat it harsher.

And it's like, no, I want to love this body.

This body fought many ways, had many challenges before pregnancy, you know, nine years old, to pregnancy, to my

Even with that, though, I will say I still go back to the starting point of my maternity body doesn't look like, my postpartum body doesn't look like my teammates as quickly.

It really, I start to spiral.

And I did this before as a dancer.

We wanted to be the skinniest of the skinny.

And when you weren't, unfortunately, I was around in an age where I got scholarships taken away because I wasn't streamlined enough to represent our school.

So I did deal with it.

The systematic support of being thin and saying that this is what a ballet dancer looks like into modeling.

You know, I went into these industries into modeling.

being on TV with curly hair, curly Afro hair, where it's like, no, we don't do that on TV.

We straighten our hair.
