It was a journey you started pre really AI craze and now it seems like a no brainer with AI and all that it's capable of doing.
Um, when did you realize how powerful the data you were collecting is and that that could be a product in and of itself and how is that revenue line growing?
Another bet FedEx is placing on AI is to stop shipping disruptions before they happen.
A supply chain disruption is a domino effect where a local issue such as a component shortage, a labor strike, or a geopolitical event can ripple through a network.
By 2028, the company expects to have AI integrated into the majority of its core operations.
A key part of this strategy is the partnership with ServiceNow, feeding real-time logistics.
Six data into enterprise software.
The goal is to help business detect delays earlier and respond sooner.
For the rest of us, it means a supply chain that's faster, more reliable, and better equipped to handle the unexpected.
