Right, it's not weird it's not letters.
I mean there's a small percentage, but no, like defenced things and like health care.
Those are big parts of what you do.
So you know the other thing people think about is uh when is an autonomous truck gonna be delivering my goods or um I suppose even an autonomous plane.
Um what do you see for the future of autonomous vehicles within FedEx and what timeline?
So at least a few more years.
And I'm sure, you know, on the back end with you know loading trucks and things like that, you're doing all sorts of things.
That's amazing.
Yeah.
I people talk about robotics or I guess in in in nerd speak it's uh physical AI.
Yeah physical AI.
That's what's coming.
Uh and amazing that you guys are already starting to implement that as well.
Is it a startup you're working with?
Yes.
Yeah, a huge thing also that you just accomplished was spinning out um FedEx freight into its own business, its own publicly traded company.
And uh I think there's lots of reasons why that makes sense.
I'm curious from the leadership perspective of how you um execute that, get buy in from everybody and make it a reality.
So you mentioned earlier that um both you and Fred have said uh uh one of the sayings here at C at FedEx is if you don't like change, you're gonna really hate extinction.
