One of the things I think, you know, and uh in one of my previous CSOs, Carolina Sentis, we were one of the first early adopters of online scheduling.
And, you know, back when there was maybe two or three, if we were lucky in the entire market, now you have 10 to 15 to choose from.
I would say that, you know, based on uh the other clients that I've worked with and my colleagues in the industry, I would say we're probably at about a 50 or 60% adoption rate as far as getting it and making it available to their patients.
I think that there are some that are still just, you know, holding tight and they're like, no way, I'm not gonna do that.
And there's also the the few that I think that there's so much to choose from because everything, it's you you can't just
You used to be able just to have an online scheduler, but now you've got to have the entire package, right?
You've got to have the page of communications, the online scheduling, you've got to have the analytics, you've got to have the phone call tracking.
And I think that's really overwhelming, especially when you look at DSOs, especially of we never we can avoid it, want to add additional tech to our teams at the practice level.
We already know in marketing we are the black sheep or the golden, you know, the golden bullet, either way, but we don't
want to add any more frustration or complexity to what they're doing.
And so it's like, how do we make this as easy as possible by just doing it in the background for them?
And so finding that I think where we're at today with the software to have available does become a little bit tricky too.
