It's like every single day you're getting 10 to 20 requests to make a change or add a doctor or update a title or hey, we need a blog for this or hey, can you add a banner?
And Karenetic just really makes that easy to manage.

And it's, you know, it's and they drop it in chat.
They drop it in email, the user marketing request form.
But there are consistent changes all the time.
And, you know, I have found in my experience, and again, um, don't berate me in the comments, but um, it's like when they have downtime, they're like, let me look at my website.
What's not working?
Let me let marketing know when it needs to be changed.
And we're willing and able to do that.
But again, um, when you have a very lean team, it's great to know that you have a partner who can hop right in and do it.

They have a platform that makes it very easy to make some of those changes yourself, which is really nice without having to have, you know, whether we have full WordPress experience or not, their platform makes it so easy to just hop in and make, you know, copy changes or hey, I want to swap swap out this image.
It makes it so meticulously easy.
Yeah, absolutely.
To echo off of Kelsey, you know, picking the right, you know, it's not just a vendor, it's a partner and being able to make sure that you have the level of transparency.
