And I think unconsciously people get into spirituality as a way to opt out of the human negative emotions.

And yet I love the framework that you're coming from.

It's very aligned of just

loving all of it, embracing all of it, meeting it, not even to heal it or to fix it or trying to change it, because there can be subtle agendas between like using some of the healing work to shift it.

Especially when you start learning that actually what I embrace I can get free of.

The ego can slide in.

And so what I'm hearing is w I just wanna highlight that this is more about building the capacity or noticing the capacity that already says yes to all of it, even if the ego doesn't.
