And I recently did this I believe journey and I did a podcast on it, and I was dancing with my own fear and I got to see that fear wants to be joined with. podcast-host

um, analyzed or convinced, it just wants to be met and felt, but then also to feel empowered by giving it agency to join the illusion of it. podcast-host

So it's not invalidating its experience. podcast-host

But almost like giving it power to see that you have other choices within the illusion that the fear is operating from. podcast-host

That felt incredibly freeing. podcast-host

It yes, it it was dark and it felt like the voice of Oz where like you open the curtain, you're like, Oh, that little thing? podcast-host

How did I let that become a thing? podcast-host

It was just, you know, like any emotion, like a little kid just wanting a hug and then is off playing again. podcast-host

It doesn't have to take long, it doesn't have to be hard. podcast-host

But facing it, having the courage and the willingness was really the most important thing. podcast-host
