Yeah and be separate from it instead of identified with it.

Because you know, if if somebody is having any kind of emotion that comes up, I think what you said earlier of the acceptance, when you accept whatever's here, the thoughts, feelings, sensations, as you accept it, that's what parts the clouds to experience this deeper.
