Because there's this deeper fear that they'll be seen in my vulnerability of being unworthy, essentially, that I'm inadequate or unworthy at some level.

And I think 98% of humanity has this.

I think there are rare beings that either don't know it or they they don't see how it's playing out.

But yeah, there's a few who I think are a bit more enlightened and less identified with the body.

But do the willingness to be seen and to see ourselves, because it's not really how other people see us that hurts us, it's our own judgments that get exposed.
