And I mean even hearing you as you're speaking, I'm like, Oh, I can see this pattern of self abandonment that I've played out.

And it's the same pattern.

It's I mean, some of it has to do with pleasure, but I can even see how I've uh I've done that for what needs to happen in my company versus prioritizing my own pleasure, even though I run the company.

So it can go down to the subtlety and it can also be worked out in codependent relationships or with kids.

And so all of these patterns mirror back to ourselves.

And what I'm really hearing and getting is

the importance of being do choosing our own

uh sovereignty and an ability to honor the pain and honor the pleasure and to really give it full permission.

And that actually those two play together because the more I open to my pain and allow it, it naturally opens me to pleasure and mission in my life.

And to have that in communities, I think is also incredibly important.
