I can sort of safely assume that actually there's no medical proof that this actually works.

Plastic surgeons and specialist doctors agree and are becoming increasingly worried and vocal, speaking out on 60 Minutes and other global mainstream news channels.

Now leading the way is this guy called Clavicular.

What can you tell me about him and sort of the impact he's having on this sort of global trend?

Just going back to that overdose, what happened?

And has it sort of put anyone off or has it sort of just gained more notoriety for him?

It really is.

And what about the fallout from this, the mental toll on these kids and their obsession with chasing good looks, which they think will be the answer to everything?

I mean, talk us through that.

Because it's sort of creating a generation of men, I guess, who will feel they are never attractive enough and they're just chasing this impossible dream and going to more and more and more extreme lengths to be good looking.

And they keep saying again and again and again, being good looking is the sort of key to success, relationships and happiness.

If you're good looking, everything is so much easier.

Is there an element of truth to that or what does that sort of message mean?

And to some of them, are they at risk of almost looking freakish because of the extremes they're going to and it's actually going to have the opposite effect?

So you've got a kid, you know, a son, a friend, a nephew or whoever who is really getting into this looks maxing and maybe going too far.

How do you broach that with them?

You know, how do you bring it up and help them?
