Tim, will it have sort of meaningful impact?
Will it reduce congestion in our major centres like Auckland and Wellington?
Can we afford to do this?
I mean, you know transport, and there seems to be a big question mark, Tim, around costings, affordability, and where this money is coming from.
Now, I am going to steal your line here, but is the best transport option for Kiwis to buy a one-way ticket to Australia at the moment?
That's it for today.

I'm Amanda Gillies.
Mā te wā.
Hi, I'm Amanda Gillies and today on The Detail, looks Mexican.
Embraced by males, and yes, that includes Kiwis, this growing online trend promises to make you hotter, richer, and more successful.
But is this global movement now going too far?
What's the real cost of chasing good looks?
Yes, young men are taking a hammer to their faces to alter their bone structure, believing it will enhance their physical attractiveness.
So to talk me through this growing trend and the growing fallout, today I talked to Krista Fisher, a research fellow at the Movember Institute of Men's Health in Melbourne.
She and her team are researching looks maxing, which actually has a whole dictionary of its own.
Soft maxing, hard maxing, mogging, ascending and optimising.
Talk me through this bone smashing.
