And I think that's important because I think we need to buy time for the Iranian people to rise up.

Remember the regime, I guess, still has the guns.

Well, I think President Trump deserves a lot of credit.

Remember, this was triggered, we are told, by intelligence that suggested that Iran was only a couple of weeks away from a nuclear weapon.

And if that's the case, the president made exactly the right decision.

The president also deserves credit, I think, for supporting the people.

He's the first president to do that.

Remember, Obama and Biden, they sat on their hands.

They wanted to negotiate another JCPOA with the regime.

And the president has undertaken, again, through our military strikes, a significant weakening of the regime.

And so I think the regime is ripe for overthrow.

Now, yes, we have been waiting for the people to rise up for some years now, and they have risen up time and time again, only to be beaten down.

But, you know, the January protests, the demonstrations, they were different than the ones before.

They weren't motivated by concern over the regime manipulating the votes, you know, in a presidential election.

They weren't manipulated or they weren't they weren't directly associated with economic issues.

The rise in subsidy or taking away subsidies for, you know, for for key for key foods or for for energy.

The January protests were motivated by ending the regime.

It was a key difference.

And I think, according to what we hear in terms of surveys, over 80% of the Iranian population want an end to this regime.

Understandably, this is a brutal regime.
