So meeting people where they are and not just making it about me, like it's all about you.

How can I come as a humble servant and help guide you through one of your most important life transactions?
Yeah, it's a lot.
It's a lot of transition.
I think one thing in real estate is that you have to be a chameleon somewhat and you have to have empathy.
You have to have empathy and not the empathy that I had as an adoption worker where I wanted to take the kids home and it made me cry and, you know, like.
You have to empower your own clients to be the hero of their own story.
