And I think last year there was a lot of

questions and conversations on how to navigate dating and the apps.

And I kind of feel like everyone's like ready to like turn the chapter and talk about a new conversation when it comes to dating.

Because for me and my journey in dating, it wasn't about not having a hard time

matching with people, but it's like, what do you do after you match?

Right?

And like, are people really seeking a relationship?

Or are they just seeking someone to hang out with or have a few fun one night stands?

So where do you see dating in 2026?

Yeah, I mean, for me, I guess you could look at it as like a numbers game.

I remember my dad always telling me is like,

it's kind of like the lottery for auditioning.

But in dating, it's like a numbers game.

You have to just date and you have to have that really thick skin and be able to take rejection.

And being able to take rejection, from my experience, is about being regulated as a human being, knowing that just because someone doesn't

you know, match with me or we don't share the same values doesn't mean I'm broken, doesn't mean I'm unlovable.

And it literally is, you know, I know people say it's an inside job, but it really is.

You have to just be completely regulated as a human.

And that is something that you have definitely taught me how to do through the past few years.
