Yeah. I basically, I have really vivid dreams and I would say nightmares like nearly every night where I basically play out the day that's just happened or the day that's coming up, but like the worst case scenario.
really and it's like actually it's like feels so real and so I'll wake up in the night and I'll be like for like a split second I'll be like oh my god that thing has happened and I'll it will be really intense but I think it's because like I feel like I don't have that much anxiety in the day and it all comes out in my dreams you suppress it yeah and then it just all happens in my dreams I feel like it's a very like British thing for you to do yeah so I basically I'm stopping I'm stopping dreaming yeah yeah but I don't know how to do it
