There's a couple, but probably my favorite recipe in the book is the baked scrod or cod from the Omni Parker House in Boston.

And I have made that now for my family a number of times.

And obviously the Omni Parker House is very, it's one of the oldest hotels in operation, like that's continuously operated in the United States.

And

At some point, John Wilkes Booth stayed there on his way to go assassinate President Abraham Lincoln.

So there's a really interesting bit of history there.

He was in town to see his brother in a play, no less, and then ended up going from there to...

assassinate the president.

So it's also just reportedly haunted by a number of ghosts because it's a very old, old hotel in the middle of Boston.

But that recipe is so good.

And then the second one that really surprised me and now my family is addicted to is from the St.

Francis Hotel in San Francisco.

the coffee custard.

And that is, it's delicious.

And that's one of those things.

It's, see now, look what we've done to ourselves.
