Uh, but yeah,

It is like some of these, they're not necessarily simple because people took so much more time to cook back then.

It was, you know, half of their day sometimes, if not more, sometimes over multiple days.

But the ingredients themselves, like you're saying, are less processed, more like whole foods types that, you know, meant to be.

like provide real sustenance.

And so you definitely see that in these recipes, especially some of the older ones.

I mean, there are some more modern ones that are not, that are a little more simplistic that way.

But yeah, it is true.

What they use is completely different than anything you and I would pick up.

Like,

There's the recipe from Japan.

I think it's, is it, I always mispronounce what it is.

But that is, has so many ingredients.

And a lot of them I had to order online, like from Amazon and whatnot.

But it makes a large amount of very good, like a ramen, almost a soup.

And

last for many days.

And so that's what else you'll notice is these are not recipes sometimes that are just for one night.

They're meant to sustain you for multiple days.
