I mean, that's something any parent should ever have to even feel a fraction of.

I cannot, I don't know.

I mean, even hearing her talk about her, like her reflections of his confession, she shares very similarly to what you were just saying, but there's almost, um,

not an understanding in any way, but, but an acceptance of this is not a human.

This is a monster.

This is so he can't be upheld to the same moral standards.

And at the same time, like how, I don't know.

I don't know how you move on or how you forgive or, you know, I think for her after so many years, finally hearing what they believed now to be the truth.

Closure, I don't even know.

I mean, I think there was never a doubt in my mind that he was guilty, that he killed her and that it was intentional.

You know, it's interesting because so much of the information that was provided to me through like, you know, her book and the accounts of her family and friends,

it was like a puzzle sort of putting the pieces together, trying to figure out.

And the stories were not that drastically different, but different enough.

And each one more gruesome than the one before that, like it almost became like the details weren't what mattered.

It was just fine.
