It's hard to believe it's been thirty years, which is a feed onto itself.

Well, I'll tell you where I was.

It was on a business trip with my husband, sitting having breakfast in Costa Rica with uh and and sitting there with all these other business professionals.

We were just about to start a meeting and Jen Jensen calls me and I had no idea why Jen Jensen was calling me, except I was thinking maybe my daughter, because she's at the age where it's starting to recruit and things like that.

Who knows?

But I had no idea that the call would be about the Hall of Fame.

It was something that was on my bucket list.

You know, I had been on the roster or the the ballot for years.

And it was just nice to kind of get that extra push to see me get a um to be on that Hall of Fame list this year.

I was beyond excited.

I kinda I kinda yelled out and people were looking at me weird because I'm at a business meeting, but I was

I was hit I was punching my husband as I was trying to keep calm and

It was just fun.

I I was very excited and honored.

You know, just uh one education was big.

I went to I got my master's, I got my MBA at Iowa as well.

One of the hardest things I've ever done after, you know, hang or after I guess I was playing in the WMBA at the time as well, but balancing both, it directed my career into something that I where I'm at today.

It it elevated me beyond what I could be.

And then also just working hard as an underclassman, you know, you're so busy.

It's created a ton of discipline and time management because, you know, you've got your classes, you've got your athletic responsibilities, you've got so much on your plate as a eighteen year old kid.
