In terms of roster news, we've already touched on the fact that Caden Gooley and Josh Anderson both returned to the lineup this week.

That was those those were two good faces to see back in the lineup.

And Rick had mentioned that it was kind of preordained that they would ease Gooley back in.

So they held him out of Tuesday's game in Washington.

It seems they are taking a little bit of time and playing it careful with Josh Anderson as well, Rick, because he had a therapy day on Friday.

And during the week this week, there was basically a team-insisted mandatory day off for Lane Hudson as well.

Yeah.

There was a signing this week and I certainly was not what I was expecting in the middle of January.

But the Canadians signed forward Alexander Taxier to a two year contract extension that takes him through 2027-28.

I believe it's about two and a half million AAVs.
