Injuries coming back, and we've been talking about the three-goaltender situation for a while.

We knew that there was going to be some sort of movement this week, and on Friday, the Canadians decided to loan Owen Beck and Jacob Fowler to the Laval Rocket, which I think the Owen Beck send-down is unfortunate, I think.

I think he deserves some more time in the NHL.

And

As far as Jacob Fowler goes, for me, I hate to see Fowler or Dobish in Laval, but at this stage, I'm glad that they didn't wrong Jakob Dobish by sending him down.

Fowler, I think, will be, while I think he's probably not got anything left to learn in the AHL, I think that he would take the send down a little bit better.

There are some more returns from injury on the horizon, some closer than others.

Jake Evans, Kirby Duck and Patrick Lina all practiced with their team in Ottawa on Friday.

All three wearing regular jerseys.

They've ditched the no contact jerseys.
