So books are key.

So you get you get books.

And with the kids that are five and under, it's really about body parts and safe touch and and honestly what goes where, like how babies are usually made.

And then as kids get older, the conversations are still about those same things, but they start to get more deep.

Like so your eight year olds should know their body's gonna grow and change from a kid body to an adult body.

So you start the puberty conversations in there.

And don't be afraid to be detailed because they need the details.

And the other thing to remember when you're talking with your younger kids is that they're only gonna get so much.

So you may have to have like multiple conversations about the same thing.

One time Milo we're I was at a party with Milo and he was about five or so and and I was talking to a woman and she's like, Well what do you do?

And I'm like, I help parents talk to their kids about sex.

And then Milo looks at me and she's like, Mama, what's sex?

And I'm like, dude, seriously?
