But I totally appreciate that as a buyer, especially a first home buyer, that can be a bit of a daunting process.
And I think it really does come down to a little bit of practice and exposure.
And the more you get out there at the very start during your research phase, speaking to agents, the better.

But when they had canvassed that area, regional was booming, regional was doing very well.
And by the time they finished, not so well.
And that's just because of the interest rate hikes.
And what it demonstrated and what I think was crazy about it was just the fact that the producers might not have considered, well, there's just not going to be as many buyers out here for this type of product anymore.
And we saw that at the auction, there was very, very limited competition.
And if they didn't have Danny, who buys all of the blocks every year, then a lot of those properties would have struggled to sell.
