And so you end up with quite a few boxes of cereal or you've got the same kind of cracker biscuit in multiple places because you didn't decant it in because the system wasn't working.
And so just by doing this, it means I don't have to think about it.
And it's just this easy process.
We've nutted out, like putting it on the floor, not going to work.
Pulling things out of the bags and doing it one by one, not going to work.
We put everything out first.
And so that's an area for us where this path of least resistance really helps.
I don't have to think about it, right?
So when we're talking about path of least resistance, it's like, what is the least amount of work?
So if you're crossing a university, you're cutting corners because you don't want to walk around the square.
You want to curve that corner often and have less energy expended because that's what your brain's motivation is.
Another one in the kitchen is when you're cooking.
And so have a think about how your kitchen is set up.
Are your knives in a place where when you're doing preparation, you have to go and get your knives and bring them back?
Think about your dishwasher.
If you're setting up a brand new home, if you're designing a home, this is perfect for you.
Think about where your dishwasher goes and then think about where you're going to have your dishware.
Where is the crockery going to go?
Where's the cutlery going to go?
Because if you pull the dishwasher open and then it blocks off the place where the plates are meant to go, you are absolutely not doing path of waste resistance.
