You're not going to forget them.

But aesthetically, that's kind of, it doesn't look lovely, does it?

So if you're organizing, say, your medications aesthetically, it might be in a closed container or it might be behind a cupboard door or it might be put away somewhere.

I think if you're neurodiverse, this might affect this a little bit because sometimes I think like there's this out of sight, out of mind thing for those of us who are neurodiverse, or it might be that you're just going to forget.

It has to be right in front of you.

Even if it's just a little bit out of the way in an open container, you're going to forget it.

And so sometimes visually we have to have it organized.

That function is about grabbing it and remembering it as well as how easy it is to put things away.

you might think about where you charge your phones.

So if you're that functional organizer, it might be that you just have one cord and you just plug your phone in and the cord can be wherever, next to your bedside table, in the kitchen, next to the lounge suite, whatever works for you.

And it doesn't have to look pretty.

But aesthetically organizing in that way might mean that you have a charging box.

So the cords aren't out everywhere.

You might be a little bit more intentional about where you charge your phone because maybe you can be planning ahead and you're more organized in that way.

So that functional storage is so much about like, how do I make this easy?

And then we talk about the aesthetic organizing.

And it's not so much about making it easy, but it's making it like high motivation and it's making it enjoyable.

So aesthetic organizing is appearance is just as important and sometimes more important than the function.

And it doesn't mean that that person is more materialistic or they care more about what other people think.

It's just that they might have an eye for design.
