But what I heard as a child and I was really shy.

I was like I I was scared of people.

My best friends were books.

I was a nerd.

I was a nerd reading books back at the back then.

And what I heard

Was that

Your needs come zla come last.

Yeah.

You are not a priority.

For no one.

And I kinda

I used to hear the same message over and over again from from different people, and that is the

I felt like that was the way of living for for lots of us.

that we we just accept uh we never question the decision of a superior uh both in organizations and generally in the country.

Uh so that is something that will only get you in trouble.

So you will never win, you can never achieve anything by just not agreeing or questioning the the standard way of doing things.

And I never loved that philosophy because how can you improve anything without looking at it, without without questioning it a little bit?

Not not because you are against it or um you are um yeah just a crazy person questioning everything.

But but it's impossible to make anything better, any process, uh whether in company or or in a country, without without having a discussion, without having a conversation like
