Yeah, I can totally relate to that because in Russia it's the same.

You just accept the decisions made by top management and uh you don't have a voice.

And that is also another reason why I'm so passionate about public speaking and and and speaking up as well and growing voices.

Uh that's what we do at uh at TEDx.

Because when I I I've kind of seen the consequences of not using your voice and not using your voice at the right time.

Um, the pronoun I is also one letter and it's the last letter of the alphabet.

So the saying was like I is the last letter of the alphabet, which makes sense in Russian.

Um, but what I well, she was trying to protect me and that was to the idea of being considerate and and hearing from others.
