Um you should always be aware of how you come across um and in conversations and uh as a speaker.

That's what uh I also really emphasize every every time I'm um giving a workshop or or uh working with people like

Connect with your superpowers because if you connect with your superpowers, you won't need any confidence.

I mean confidence is just a a mix of different uh qualities and uh and and circumstances as well.

I mean, what is confidence?

How do you build confidence?

You build confidence by doing things, by being in the process, by by investing hours.

Um, but again, there's there is a bit of a cultural collision, like comparing cultures is one of my favorite topics because in some cultures being assertive means just

Proceeding with your decision without consulting a everyone, anyone.

Нене культур, недерланс, you have to reach a consensus.

And

Uh, you don't really pay attention to titles or how senior your colleagues are.

You have to reach a consensus within a team.
