Um so many women were are asking like how do I become more confident or how do I how do I develop that skill of of being pushy and and um making my point and bulldozing conversations.

And I truly believe that that is not the way to do that because we as women and not only women, it's it's not like women versus men.

Uh I mean there are there are many men who are considerate and who are facing similar challenges.

But what we could do is that well, instead of relying on

how you do things and and that confidence and and that

persona who is who is confident and pushy

Instead of that, you can rely on why you're doing what you're doing.

I mean, there's there's something behind your um professional expertise, something that motivates you, um, something that pushes you to stay in that field, in that industry.

So hold on to that because this is what will give you confidence.

This is what will make you incredible when you're speaking.

And if some people don't appreciate that, well, is there a miss?

Because it's it's also

It's very strong.

It's a very strong way of becoming a a better speaker and more confident speaker.

It only speaks to your inability to control your emotions.

Whenever you have to raise your voice or you feel that you need to become louder so that people listen.
