Um, I primarily work with women.

And a lot of women are asking me like how do I become more confident w when I speak?

That is the challenge that so many women are facing, just because

You know, I was giving a workshop this week, um, in a room full of women and I was asking them to raise their hand if they heard anything like

Be a good girl or be nice, uh help other people when they were young.

And almost all of them raise their hands.

And these were people from various cultures, like over twenty or even thirty countries.

And it was incredible because that's what I see is happening with women.

Like whenever we we are at work or in other professional scenarios, we are

Often not taking seriously because we were taught to be considerate and thoughtful and prioritize harmony and prioritize communication.

We don't like conflict.

We avoid conflict.

But many people um see that as a weakness.

And

A lot of women then feel that they're not li being listened to, they're not being appreciated.

And they are not taken seriously.

Which creates a lot of fraction.
