Yeah, you have the opportunity to be a change that you want to see in the world.

Exactly.

While I was listening to you, I had um two insights and two thoughts that I would love to share.

So the first one is I'm currently going through a cross uh cross cultural communication course.

And what I learned there is that seventy percent of the world of the countries of the world are more inclined to be hierarchical and authoritarian.

So that's kind of a dominant structure when it comes to so many parts of the world that are that are miles away from one another.

That's interesting.

And another another thing that that I wanted to add is that

Sometimes you can probably take a different perspective when you see the consequences.

And my perspective of speaking up or not whether I speak up really changed.

After we had a

a situation in uh in uh one of the projects I was involved in.

So the situation was uh we had a leader

who used to um message um our volunteers it was the non profit he he used to message our volunteers during uh non working hours.

And it wasn't problem for anyone because everyone's volunteer and everyone was clearly passionate about our mission and what we were doing.

But then again.

In the Netherlands that is not common.

And people usually don't do that.
