And the manager was from another culture, he was from China.

You you are not obliged to stay there if it makes you uncomfortable and and people can always talk, right?

If there are someone s something that offends you or makes you feel uncomfortable, you could just say that and we could fix that because there was no

Interpersonal conflict between them.

It was just about the means of how we communicate, when we communicate, when we are sending messages and those unspoken rules.

So eventually she left.
