And but she didn't leave because she wanted to.

She left because

At some point there was an explosion.

She was accumulating that discontent and energy and anger, and at some point she just exploded and she left the team.

And it was really weird because uh there was um no valid reason for her to leave.

So she basically said, I want to leave today and you will not see me ever.

Um and it was

It was so strange and it got me thinking like

But we are people, we have we have words, we can communicate with each other.

If you are not happy

I mean no one n wants to keep an unhappy person on a team of volunteers.

You can just say or if you don't like how someone communicates with you or reacts to whatever you're doing, you can always say that without

making without creating a conflict.

It is possible when when you just say people look well my my

non working hours are important to me.

That is the time that I spend with the family.

Um I I I tend to spend uh Saturdays and Sundays away from my phone because I really need this in order to rest.
