And it's as easy as that.

But when when I when I saw this situation, I I realized that and both of them I love both of them.

They're both wonderful people.

It's just at some point something happened.

They misunderstood each other's intentions.

They misread the room.

And then everything fell apart and and we could we could happily continue the project without this kind of conflict and without losing that member of the team.

Yeah, there is no attempt.

And what it what happens instead very often is that you accumulate that passive aggressive attitude.

And then you just you just carry that anger and and discontent within you without saying a word.

And then another person has no idea that they their actions awards are disturbing you that much and to that extent.

And then

It will only grow bigger.

It will blow up at some point.

You know, Dutch Dutch people are praised for they are known for being direct.

And what that means is that

They might not be nice to you.

They might tell you whatever they think.

And at first that was a little bit weird because that is not in my home culture either.

We are not direct at all and we're yeah, we are pretty much keeping that passive aggressive attitude um towards ev everyone who's uh who's on top of us.
