What is a binding agreement?
So this is the difference between investment and trade.
It's a small, medium-sized trading economy getting together, aligned together in a maybe unstable world when you think of geopolitics.
There is always more to it than the size.
We have to think about shared values, about common goals.
So it's 17 countries, and I have to say that I'm more involved with the Latin America part of it than with the whole 2014-19 trade.
But yeah, there is always more than just the size of the country.
Look, it's part of it, but again, you need more than just the free trade.
And I think with all the countries that you develop, even like the free trade, if you need something more formal, like CPTPP, you are also looking for this other point, this other commonality.
Because it's a lot of negotiations, conversations, years of
establishing common goals.
So you don't go just for the size of the country to use that example.
