The revenue for TYT at the time came from Air America.

America had gone bankrupt a few months after I started working for them.

And Cenk Uygur is amazing because he's like, I'm going to make it work.

I'm going to find a way to keep this company afloat.

And he did, to his credit.

But I...

Can't even explain to you how much of a grind it was building TYT.

It was a grind, long hours, like blood, sweat, and tears, but we believed in it and we loved it.

And I actually have like great memories of those years.

We barely made any money at all, but we believed in what we were doing.
