for some years, but we're seeing an acceleration of the skills that go beyond that, that help us navigate all of those places in between.
Yeah, it's really interesting.
I'm increasingly seeing research around
you know, the top three things that HR managers and talent managers are seeing missing in the workplace and communication and problem solving and critical thinking is always up there in the top three.
And it's incredible how those, even just problem solving and your ability to communicate, that packs a real punch in the workplace.
And as I said, leadership doesn't have to be loud, but we need to be
clear and compelling.
And, you know, clear communication, for example, is an extension of clear thinking.
And, you know, so that sort of, it's this cycle that rolls back around to being a strong leader.
So soft skills are where it's at.
That's my view.
Yeah, so personal brand is one-dimensional.
Reputation capital is three-dimensional.
And I use that term to really just...
give everyone a sense of the gravity that surrounds reputation capital because we have social media profiles, we have an online presence and reputation capital, I call it three-dimensional because it's just so much more important than that one-dimensional, one-person view.
So instead of literally being in front of one person who is
you're expressing your personal brand to, technology has completely shifted the influence that we're able to have.
So three-dimensional is simply
You know, it's been, you know, COVID's particularly taken a baseball bat to personal brand because we're now online all the time.
Our visibility is, you know, when we control our privacy settings, we're still visible to, you know, a million different parts of the world.
