Property investors often talk about using debt to build wealth. In the share market, that's called gearing. With the BetaShares WealthBuilder range, investors can access moderate gearing into shares, and with the newly launched GG-BL, That means exposure to a diversified portfolio of around 1,300 global companies excluding Australia, all with no loan applications, credit checks, or margin calls. Gearing magnifies both gains and losses, so it's only suitable for investors with a very high tolerance for risk. You can learn more about the WealthBuilder range of ETFs at the BetaShares website. And don't forget to read the PDS and TMD to decide if it's right for you. BetaShares Capital Limited is the issuer.

Lastly, please keep in mind that past performance is not indicative of future performance. Kate, last week, Friday, we're recording this on a Monday. On Friday, I asked you for three bullet points to describe me at work. And do you remember what those three things that you said about me were?
Kate 2:15
Yeah, so I didn't think you were going to want to talk about it on air, but I said at the time, passionate, scattered and kind.
Owen 2:22
Okay, so I think those three things are very endearing. So thank you for those compliments. The three... The three bullet points are important because the topic of today's conversation is about your personal brand and becoming, I guess, a better version of yourself, not only in the workplace, but just generally speaking, and how we perceive ourselves versus how others perceive us and moving towards how we want to be perceived by others. And I think... The guest that we have with us today is the person who prompted that conversation for us on Friday, but also kind of the advocate for getting more from yourself and really working on your own personal brand. So Kate, I'll throw it back to you to introduce our guest for today.
Kate 3:08
Yeah, absolutely. So our guest today is Andrea Clark, and I actually discovered her a few weeks back when I was listening to a really cool webinar from UpMoney, which is a previous podcast guest. And it was all about getting yourself ready for the future of work and not waiting for the world to happen, actually putting yourself in the front seat of your own career, in your own life. And making sure you're ready and prepared for whatever life throws at you. So I really enjoyed Andrea's talk then and thought she'd be an amazing guest for our listeners today. So I'll throw it over to you, Andrea, just to introduce yourself. And I know you've got a really interesting background. So maybe just like a quick summary of that as well.
Andrea Clarke 3:50
Oh, thanks, Kate. Well, Owen and Kate, thank you for having me. It's such a delight to be here. I am the author of a book called Future Fit, How to Stay Relevant and Competitive in the Future of Work. And I tell people I'm a recovering television news reporter.
