There is the release of inflammatory molecules.
So inflammation is the main characteristic of the disease.
Because we know that this immune component is really critical in disease progression.
Of course, there have been clinical trials with Huntington's disease.
They were trying more general approaches.
Let's say we know that cannabinoids, they have anti-inflammatory properties.
Some tetracycline derivatives, they have also anti-inflammatory properties.
So some small trials have been run with this approach, but this is very broad.
It doesn't target like a specific inflammatory pathway.
And unfortunately, these trials, they didn't show much promise.
But when I'm seeing they were small, like the maximum number of participants, like they enrolled like 30, 40 Huntington's disease patients only.
These are very, very low numbers.
If we want strong results, we need hundreds and thousands of people involved in these trials.
Yeah, it's a rare disease.
Obviously, more focus was directed towards Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease.
There are a higher number of people affected, but also that it's a rare disease.
So we have relatively small patient cohorts.
But on the other hand,
Because Huntington's disease is a genetic disease.
