Most of the IDA grants and things that I've seen so far have been mostly around helping folks do assemblages, tap fees, things like that. podcast-host

But I know that again, to the point, they probably do have some that they've done over the years, like you said, Suarez or Vega, but I'm not sure if they have standardized policies, especially knowing that the state is moving forward with having it be a lot more of a proactive. podcast-host
