It doesn't mean we have to have pure agreement, but there should be some awareness, some collaboration there on our CIP and its implication on debt, their CIP and their implication on debt, and how to phase and plan things out so we're able to have a much more informed and enlightened idea of where we're taking on debt and how we can limit it. voice-verified

The only thing I say that is most cases for raising revenues, that means we're raising taxes on someone, right? voice-verified

And that's an important consideration that isn't always fleshed out completely. voice-verified

Now, when it comes to talking to our constituents, there's a lot of people in our constituents that would love for our revenues to go towards the schools. voice-verified

But it's a consideration where if we're raising revenues to help meet these debt needs, that means someone is having to pay into the county coffers to do that. voice-verified

So that's a sensitive conversation that I think also deserves consideration. voice-verified

Because sometimes I think that it's easier to say, hey, let's just raise revenue as it pertains to, hey, raising that revenue has implications on our constituents as we move forward with how we fund those things. voice-verified
