Uh and I'm sure th I couldn't that they're now in their sixties and that's essentially the last thirty years of their lives, pretty much a third of the lives just spent on ka and kind of rocketing ourselves into where we are today and us having this conversation.
Oh, i in a way it makes me feel that I had it so easy.
Like th just the the sheer amount of effort that has happened before is just so much more the magnitude is so much higher that it it belittles uh the my worst days.
Which um in my case it helps me, right?
Like I'm not it's not that it um that that I don't have
bad days, but it it a lot it helped it helps me kind of bring that perspective on I
Things are gonna be fine, right?
Just I would say in the in the bad days, uh just giving the face, like not hiding from problems, like really like owning uh the situation and uh and really taking control of uh whenever things don't go well and whenever things go very well.
Of thanking those that help you get there, right?
Especially your family, because starting a business especially at our level, it's also a selfish pursuit, right?
Let's not kid ourselves.
It's not I think uh uh to the point that I was saying about the war chest, um I have a family that wanna provide for, but I do think that we're beyond uh necessarily having to it's
Now they were struggling to make ends meet, right?
So
Founders sometimes f uh try to kind of drink this quality, they're like doing it for their family.
I at some point you need to also realize that there's this component of selfish pursuit.
And um and it it it's part you need to kind of balance it because otherwise the ones that are going to pay uh the consequence are your family.
So just try to dial them down whenever you you can thank them whenever those really good days happen because
Uh if they weren't there, they wouldn't be happening.
They're allowing you to make it happen.
