But yeah, but there can be variations to contracts.
But the the key is then actually transparency and lodging.
And that's the they're the inquiries that we're making now.

Well I think we we say it a lot, but the the doctors in the the medical team at the AFL and the medical teams at the clubs are unbelievable.
And then the doctors that put up their hands to sit on the concussion panels, which are really hard.
um roles to have and with a lot of pressure and you're making split second decisions and there's a lot of public scrutiny and
Probl and not that it all comes down to that, but the the doctors who are doing that, they're doing it as a it's almost like a labour of love because doctors can be get very well paid in in lots of other ways, but they do it because they love the players and they love the game and they do incredible jobs for our players.
So yeah, I I'm with you there, Bill.
And um we've got, you know, incredible medical help for our players and and long may it continue.
Yeah, I again I th I'm not sure disappoint is the right word, but I think w what we want to have is processes in place.
Um and so from this, how these happened then you wanna have learnings.
And so one of the learnings that we'll have is when, you know, post a concussion panel making sure that the um 'cause you you know, you're dealing with players there that are at at that pointy end, that there's, you know, even more care and more rigo and we'll continue to do that.
Yeah well the you know the class action's in in trainer it's um it'll it'll be in court at some stage next year.
We are working um we've got lawyers on you know who are representing the players and and we'll work through that and there's a court process in place there.
But
In terms of player health and safety and concussion, um
We will continue to invest in that.
We'll continue to prioritize it.
We'll make rule changes where they make sense.
