Yeah, I look I was comfortable where the MRO got when they charged him, comfortable with the tribunal decision, but ultimately that's why we have the three levels where it goes through and it's not a win or a loss from an AFL point of view.
The process got followed.
Well, I was on Tuesday.
Yeah, I mean this has been a um a big issue we've been talking about um over the week and as things have evolved over the last forty eight hours we had a commission meeting Tuesday and Wednesday and then we provided an update this morning.
Is Craig Drummond part of any of those discussions?
No Craig wasn't part of the discussions this morning.
Given his um former role as the President of Geelong, it was um the update today was provided to the the Commission without him.
Well under the AFL rules and regulations, uh agreements are required that that um affect contracts are required to be lodged with the AFL.
So we've written to Geelong asking them why the um document wasn't lodged with the AFL.
We've heard from the chairman of the current chairman of Geelong and also the CEO yesterday saying that that was a I think of a fail or a misstep and so a mistake in the process.
So we're waiting to hear back from Geelong and we'll hear back from them early in the week.
What's the scope of sanction on that front?
Well in terms of the lodgement there's there's some that have got a um a maximum on them of twenty thousand, but there's other provisions that have got um sanction at large.
But I don't want to get into sort of speculating about where that might

So that's the procedural side of it?
Well what we're waiting to do is hear back from Geelong in relation to um the agreement and why it wasn't lodged and then we'll take it from there.
But I'm expecting that we'll hear back from them early in the week on that one.

In something like this at this stage it would be there are discussions between the executive and so Craig wouldn't ordinarily have been involved and obviously hasn't been on this one.
