We've heard from the chairman of the current chairman of Geelong and also the CEO yesterday saying that that was a I think of a fail or a misstep and so a mistake in the process.
So we're waiting to hear back from Geelong and we'll hear back from them early in the week.
What's the scope of sanction on that front?
Well in terms of the lodgement there's there's some that have got a um a maximum on them of twenty thousand, but there's other provisions that have got um sanction at large.
But I don't want to get into sort of speculating about where that might
Well what we're waiting to do is hear back from Geelong in relation to um the agreement and why it wasn't lodged and then we'll take it from there.
But I'm expecting that we'll hear back from them early in the week on that one.

In something like this at this stage it would be there are discussions between the executive and so Craig wouldn't ordinarily have been involved and obviously hasn't been on this one.
Well that will depend actually, Jared, depending on the re um the response from Geelong how that how the pro how the process plays out from there.
So depending on the level of the sanction and where it might go, um we'll play through that.
But obviously given Craig's former role, he wouldn't be involved if it did go up to the Commission.
Look what we're looking at is the breaches in relation to the lodgeman and that's important because that captures what's included in the agreement.
Well what we're looking at now is getting the information from Geelong and then we will see what we've got from there and then make a decision at that stage.
So we don't want to get ahead of I know people want answers really quickly and we're working on that, but we want to hear back from Geelong, give them the chance to reply to that and then we see where that goes.
Specific to the waiver, is it a breach of AFL rules?
It is well, if you look at it specifically and I think there's technically and again, don't want to get ahead of where the um the sanction or the the rules might go, but anything that um looks to be inconsistent with the collective agreement, it would be have to be at least lodged with the AFL.
And Jolongov acknowledged that by saying not lodging it with the AFL and ultimately the AFL P P A being across it has been a you know a failure.
